Video Games:
Deus Ex, with all kinds of enhancements and upgrades and skills and whatnot attributed to nanotech.
Natural Selection, an FPS/RTS which includes nanotechnology extensively in the backstory, and explains the magical appearance of buildings placed by the commander as nanotech at work. Indeed, nanotech more or less is used to explain anything weird about the game.
Ratchet and Clank, an incredibly fun platformer in which your health meter is "nanotech", and to refill your health you pick up nanotech containers, and to extend your life meter you obtain "Improved Nanotech" and "Ultra Nanotech".
Books:
Peter F. Hamilton's series "Night's Dawn" (Six books split into three 2-book sets: The Reality Dysfunction, The Neutronium Alchemist, The Naked God) isn't something I could stand reading through, mostly because of the massive amount of gratiuitous sex involved (I mean... REALLY gratuitous) but the tech he uses is fascinating. Part of that is the nanotech, used in the brain for all kinds of purposes, such as having a full fledged computer in your brain (and the nano in your eyes gives you an instant monitor).
He apparently uses nanotech in all his books, which also include "The Nano Flower", "Mindstar Rising", "A Quantum Murder", and "A Second Chance at Eden"
Nothing else off the top of my head, but I'm SURE more will come to mind.
