NB needs help! Grappling and attacking in Animal Form

I like the idea of playing a Druid and morphing into an animal, but could someone explain Grappling and how adding feats like improved unarmed strike will increase my damage output? What other feats work while I am morphed into a creature with claws and multiple attacks. Briefly explain the combat steps and what happens and what doesn't
