I don't find it disingenuous at all... since the advent of Monty Python and the Holy Grail, the mightiest of beasts, the tarrasque, has been found to advance and evolve into a Tiny beast...

The killer rabbit.

Makes sense to me that things get tougher as they get smaller - after all, they get harder to hit and get big nasty sharp pointed teeth...

LOL- good point Sigil. Not sure if you ever saw it, but last April Fool's Day, I converted that very rabbit and posted it on the site. It might make an appearance again at some point in the future.

"It's just a flesh wound..."

Thanks for the kind words Alaric (you too Skeetyr). I think you guys will really like the book. Granted a lot of the stuff is available on my site, but

#1- I fixed ALL the typos and errors for the book (and will do it for the site, just havent had time yet)

#2- full artwork for each and every monster.

#3- some of the conversions on my site are like 2+ years old and formatting them/looking at them again for the book let me see newer and better ways to do certain things, so quite a few things have been changed for the book.

#4- The demon lords/princes and arch devils that appear in the ToH are completely different than the ones on my site. When I first converted them for the site I wasnt very happy with them, so I redid them...then I redid them again. And finally once again I redid them for the site.

BUT- I hit on a system (that makes them compatible with all the new neat 3e stuff including DDG) and have reworked them for the ToH. The versions I did for the book....I am happy with....very happy with. Granted, I DIDNT use anything per se from the DDG book (it isnt in the SRD yet), but it gave me some ideas for the demon lords and devils and so I incorporated them in there.

I don't suppose you could give us a "sample" demon lord, eh Scott?

Anyways, I am of course looking forward to this tome, and I appreciate the time you and your team have put into it.

I'll leave that up to Orcus...err Clark. He posted a few teasers on the Necromancer Boards for the upcoming Necropolis book, so I would imagine at some point as the release date draws near, he will post something from the book. He's just evil that way. :)
