[Necromancer] Steam Grafts

Undead are still undead

Also, just a thought, maybe these things provide turn resistance or can be enchanted to do so? Just seems that partially mechanical undead may be harder to turn.
Maybe, but I wouldn't think so. An undead is still an undead and should be able to be turned normally whether it has metal in it or not. Though enchanting the Grafts to provide turn resistence wouldn't be a bad idea, I just don't think that the Grafts alone should effect turning. These Grafts already make your normal everyday undead more powerful, so why add to that? Plus if you use some of the other equipment that Clay_More has come up with, your undead will already be suped up. One great example of this is the Cauldron of Bones from Clay_More's other post "Items found in a Necromancers Laboratory" which can be found here Of course in the end this is Clay_More's call.

Well, I would believe that the Mechanical grafts shouldn't alter the undeads themselves, especially since they arent magical (except for the Steam Furnace, but I have never heard of Heat Metal & Create Water increasing Turn Resistance). The are like advanced weapons in a way. Wielding a huge, two-handed sword doesn't increase your Turn Resistance either :)

Yet, there are some of the magical items under the thread Night Watchman mentioned that can alter an undeads Turn Resistance, such as Spiked Chair. Other items can permanently alter other aspects of undead creatures, such as Cauldron of Bones and Frost Chambers. Generally, I want the lesser undead minions to be more varied, offering greater opportunities for Necromancers to alter their minions towards the ends that they find fit.
