You'll probably have to open them in mspaint and manually change the size to whatever you need. It might make them look pixelated, however.

And by the way, thank you so much for your 4th Ed compilation contributions – you have made my group (I'm the DM) very, very happy – thank you.

So who's to say that we won't get NPC Necromancers before we get the PC ones? There might be NPC necros in the MM, or necro powers detailed in the DMG.

Szass Tam, apparently, is getting written up as a solo creature, so I expect to see some yummy necromantic details in his entry in the Forgotten Realms Campaign Guide.

True, but he's an epic lich. Not as useful.

I get the feeling that a lot of first fights in 4th edition with BBEGs will contain the phrase "He does WHAT?!".

I guarantee he will be far more than just a lich. Being the first Red Wizard to relearn magic and dominating Thay mean something.
