Necropolis Character Classes?

Somebody mentioned the Khemite Ranger in another thread, and I was wondering: What's the difference between a Khemite Ranger and a PHB Ranger? Also, what other Necropolis Character Classes are there in that book? Any help would be appreciated, thanx.

This ranger allows you to pick two virtual feats as well as be a better track in certain terrians.

Glad I could help. I would suggest asking on the Necromancer BB in the Necropolis section about detailing the Khermit Ranger. I do believe Clark would be willing to detail it further or someone else.

It's cool, I can just wait until Monday, I'm also getting some other books, probably picking up Monsternomicon with Necropolis.

I'm planning on running an adventure based on Nightmare Creatures(towns overrun by various monsters). Any suggestions on one's from CC1 & 2, and Monsternomicon that would fit into that kind of a theme for an adventure?

Well Dream wraiths, Dreamwrack, Dream Folk, Heron Priest, Ferals (cause they work GREAT in packs! ), Ioun Beholder (just for a change of pace), Haglings, Mirror Fiends, Gaurak Trolls (just one or two in packs with other Trolls), Shadow Lord, Dark Womb, Dream snake, Blood Moths. Those are some from CC1 and CC2 I'd use.

I don't have the Monsternomicon so can't help you there.

I LOVE Ferals, I'm working on another type of Feral for later on IMC, it's the result of a demon shattering the soul of a celestial or a devil(or sometimes, even another Demon) into soul shards and forming those into Ferals. Basically, a very sick breaking and tweaking of the fiendish template, added onto a pack of Ferals. One question about them though: What's their CR, it's not listed in the book? Also, I'm developing some of the monsters from the NC video game into D20 monsters, I'll post em up here when I'm done with em, in case anybody wants to see em.

Uhm I don't honestly know SINCE when they die, they get stronger. I would say between 3-6.

Hopefully, they'll clear the issue of Feral CR up with the CC Revised. Although one of my players in another campaign than the one I'm gonna run now finally found a decent way to deal with them: Drop a Fireball on all of them at once. Unfortunately, the only time the Ferals were all crowded together was when they were biting the hell outta the main fighter. Quote from the Wiz:"Ah well, he's as good as dead now anyway." (Drops Fireball).
