Need a new DM. Were do I look?

Ok. So my DM is really wacked in the head and I need to find a new DM. (Check out my other thread on this board. Second edition my fat fanny!)

I'm open to your suggetsions, people. Where do I go to look for a better DM?

PS- any DM who plays by 3e rules would be (in your case) better than your current one... you would be playing the same game...

I'm not so sure. I've had some BAD DMs... Didn't do movement. Didn't own ANY of the books. Once he owned the Monster Manual, he totally ignored CRs. We fought against one of each kind of evil dragon, all adults or older. We were are 4th level, I was fourth level. He was a sheild guardian. His brother was a pegasus. He had 5,000+ HP by the end of the adventure. He granted us immortality. We were ninth level by the end of the fifth adventure. And that's not the half of it... >.< Uh... I had a point when I started... kinda lost it. ^_^;

IMHO, in the mirror. If you are unhappy with your current DM, try taking over the reins. Who knows, you may like it.
