Bards can't take silent spell.

Actually, I thought that Bards could not take Silent AND Still spell. some Bards use Dancing as their focus.

I'm just going by what's written in the feats, I'm sure there are house rules that make still spell impossible but silent spell available.

Except the frikkin bard has to SING to use his powers, which is effectively counter to what I'm trying to do as a rogue. Otherwise I'd just be a bard.

You know, explaining why the bard was not acceptable would have been a nice addition to your initial post then, because it fit your stated criteria to a T.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. With all of this discussion of bards, I was afraid that I had misread the point of the thread.
