Need an Incantation to summon Dagon

I'm pretty sure there's such a spell in the d20 Call of Cthulhu book. When I get home I'll take a look see. (In generic D&D, you're looking at likely Wisdom loss. If you use the sanity rules, then there's sanity lost also, and some ranks in Cthulhu Mythos.)
