Need Help on Epic character concept, please [merged]

race doesnt really matter to me as long as it looks cool.

Wow... define "cool" cause there's a lot of ways to go with that, especially at 30th level.

Yeh. I have to repeat: Pixie is cool. Not just very useful with ninja but that greater invisibility at will is ALMOST worth LA + 4 in itself.

and the way i was reading it it sounded like that guy could planeshift whenever he wanted. he also had some kind of like shadow breath,darkvision, and he could cast darkness. should i try that??

Anyway moving on. Half drow/half shadow dragons are covered in the Web Enhancement for Dragons of Faerun. That might be a place to look.

Blackrat- Yeah, I've never been that fond of it (the Shadow Jump, that is). Good in an emergency though, or as part of a larger plan. It's one reason why I like the ability as written in Bo9S, since it's of more practical use.

Tome of Magic also looks great (especially with Mouseferatu's fixes), but I don't have the book. There's some kind of Shadow template in there that's pretty good, right? Can they see through darkness?

The only other options I can see that get by that are playing a Devil or picking up a Warlock level for Devil's Sight.

Yeah. I have a bad feeling he is something along a shadowdancer.

Yeah a level of Warlock with Devil's sight works too Sound.

Tome of Magic does have the Shadow template but I too am not sure if they get the ability to see in magic darkness or not.

*thinks Sound is smarter than NF* Just trust me Sound.
