Here's my suggestions for constructing and troubleshooting the wording of a wish spell.

Since the wish isn't about trying to gain a lot of excessive personal wealth or power, it's one I'd probably be inclined to let go without twisting it. I'd certainly let any wish go that was limited to recovering from all injuries. That's about as humble a wish as you could ask for.
I suppose recovering all spell energies might be a bit much as well, but it depends on just how much the PCs are down. If they've cast over half their spells, I'd probably let them recover some, but perhaps not all.
