Need Help: What the Name of the Feat...?

That lets you take a cross class skill and make it a class skill?

I just have too many books (many in boxes; I just moved into a house) and my mental knowledge is kaput after a year or so away from the game.

It has to be a WotC book. Thinking it might be in a FR book.

Anyhow, whats the name of the feat and the book that its in.

I believe it's in the FR sourcebook and is called "Cosmopolitan".
