Limitless times per day Quickened CLW (spell level 5, CL 9? or can you actually use a lover CL than that needed to cast the spell?)

Plus

That-spell-who's-name-is-evading-me (the one that cloaks magic)

I don't have the guidelines here, but that would be the base I'd work upon.

aside: did you make up more Rage Feats after that thread? (the one wiped out by the breakdown)

I finished with over 60 rage feats including some racial rage feats.

I had a few extra that didn't make it into the pdf if you would like to see them.

What would be an appropriate cost for a amulet of fast healing 5 that does not detect as being a magical item?
Too much.

Regeneration: This white gold ring continually allows a living wearer to heal 1 point of damage per level every hour rather than every day. (This ability cannot be aided by the Heal skill.) Nonlethal damage heals at a rate of 1 point of damage per level every 5 minutes. If the wearer loses a limb, an organ, or any other body part while wearing this ring, the ring regenerates it as the spell. In either case, only damage taken while wearing the ring is regenerated.

Strong conjuration; CL 15th; Forge Ring, regenerate; Price 90,000 gp

A 20th level character with a Ring of Regeneration heals 20 hp/hour at a cost of 90,000 gp.

A 20th level character with a Ring of Fast Healing 5 heals 5*10*60=3,000 hp/hour. Now, under the vast majority of circumstances, that will be more HP than the character has. Normally, five minutes between combat and he's up 250 hp (5 hp per round, 10 rounds per minute, five minutes) - usually fully healed at the start of every combat, regardless of the number per day. Under most circumstances, worth considerably more than two rings of Regeneration.

Of course, by guidelines, an item of Continuous Shapechange would cost 17*9*2000*1.5=459,000, but would let you Shapechange into anything you wanted ... including stuff with Fast Healing. Maybe cut the price in half to get just one aspect of a specific critter - a Retriever gets Fast Healing 5 - but you're still looking at 229,500 gp - over the 200,000 gp non-epic limit, potentially hitting the Epic *10 effect. Such an item would need to be an artifact.

Greater Vigor gives Fast Healing 4, for 10 rounds + 1 round per level, and is a 5th level spell. Let's be generous and say that FH 5 would be a 6th level spell. That would be a base of 6*11*2000 gp = 132,000 gp. Since the duration of the base spell is measured in rounds, multiply that by 4, for 528,000. I'm not very good with the epic-level rules, but I think they state that anything that costs more than 200k gets hit with the 10x epic multiplier, meaning that an amulet of Fast Healing 5 would cost 5,280,000.

Adding in "no magic aura": spell level 1 * caster level 11 (each item can only have one caster level) * 2,000 gp = 22,000 gp. Halve that because magic aura has a duration measured in days, and then multiply by ten because it's an epic item. That's another 110,000 gp. I'll be generous and say that the surcharge for being the item's second power balances out the discount for only having the spell affect the item itself.

Total cost: 5,390,000 gp.

It lists a bunch of things and says that if it breaks even one of them, it's an epic item. It also says that not all of them invoke the x10 epic pricetag. What it doesn't say is which ones do and which ones don't. A market price > 200k is one of the listed Epic aspects, though.
