Need opinions on a new spell.

One balancing factor to consider is just how hard cones are to aim. I always have fits trying to hit as many enemies (or PCs) as possible without hitting any allies or getting too close to the melee.

Still, it looks good to me, although it needs a snazzier name - Alazaar's pulverizing barrage or Gunthwick's precision pummeling or something. Well, unless you want it to be as generic as the standard magic missile...
