Need Simple Pirate Enemy

I'm kinda lazy when it comes to monsters as a dm, i tend to thrive more when developing the story that my players are plying in. So i need a pirate about CR 1 - 1/2 for 3.5 to put on the ship that my pc's start on. If you could post them here or link me up that woudl be great.

PS. If it were a template style so i could add it to any humanoid that would be awsome.

The simplest thing is to just add one level of fighter or rogue and pick the right combo of gear and skills.

I'd recommend giving them a cutlass (1d6/19-20, slashing & piercing, +2 to avoid being disarmed) as the weapon of choice and leather armor or no armor. For skills, go for Balance, Climb, Intimidate, Swim, Tumble, and Use Rope. Good pirate feats at low levels would be Acrobatic, Athletic, and Combat Expertise.

Ooh... at least one of them will have to have a hook!

Unless someone comes up with any published stats, I'd say 1d4 x3 Piercing, +2 to Disarm, cannot be disarmed in return. Oh, and you lose a hand, obviously.
