Need some good flavor text to describe a stunning beauty

Since every _player's_ (and therefore character's) concept of beauty is different, I'd say you may be better off mentioning the physical charactertistics (like hair and lips) but emphasizing the comparison aspect of 'all other woman are shadows in comparison' and the 'your heart skips a beat ...' and 'with a body that seems sculpted by the hands of the gods themselves, with perfect curves and alluring aura' type stuff (as was suggested earlier)

Perhaps as the great poet Axe of The Rose once spoke:

She's got a smile that it seems to me
Reminds me of childhood memories
Where everything
Was as fresh as the bright blue sky
Now and then when I see her face
She takes me away to that special place
And if I'd stare too long
I'd probably break down and cry

Sweet child o' mine
Sweet love of mine

She's got eyes of the bluest skies
And if they thought of rain
I hate to look into those eyes
And see an ounce of pain
Her hair reminds me of a warm safe place
Where as a child I'd hide
And pray for the thunder
And the rain
To quietly pass me by

good point - everybody's idea is different.

We also have one woman in our gaming group who is playing a not unattractive good cleric (Charisma 14 maybe, though I know Charisma does not always translate into physical attractiveness...)

Her character was not happy when I introduced an attractive female NPC before, and this evil priestess is way more attractive than the previous NPC.

As a rule, I find less is more with description. If you go on and on about how hot this priestess is, you'll probably just bore your players. I also would not recommend trying to get poetic. A few DMs can pull that off, but most can't, and it just comes off as silly.

I would use a description something like this:

She has pale skin and long, curly black hair, and she is the most beautiful woman you've ever seen in your life.

That's really all you need. Let the players' imaginations handle the rest. Also come up with some mannerisms and a distinct way of speaking for when you're playing her; that will encourage the players to flesh out their mental images of her.

In my experience, someone (or something) that's really beautiful will cause a moment of awe, so:

"When you see her, for a moment the world stops, and your heart skips a beat as you take in her features."

If her beauty is really out of place (like, unnaturally so), you could comment about it seeming almost god-sculpted, or beauty purified.

Also, I think the beauty is in the roleplaying. Laying her evil out there on the table takes away from the general impression. Play her calm, regal, acting like a queen at court, or almost coy and sweet (but not flirty).

Well, I know the guy playing the party halfling is going to make some sort of comment...

Probably a good idea - I was going to try to keep it short, but also make it memorable.

Your description made me think immediately of Snow White from the comic book Fables. Why not use a picture?

This one would make for a good, dramatic entrance, and who's to say she didn't start the fire?

I was thinking about this, but from a character POV. Every character might notice something different.

Here's what I did in my PBeM, tho my focus wasn't on fabulous beauty.

A red light flares in the rift. A shadow stalks out. It's strange how different people can see such different things…

Walter notices long, slim legs, tight stockings, a black leather bodice and knee-high **** me boots headed his way. Kirenne sees evil incarnate on the battlefield. Roland spots the bat wings, horns, and bloody scourge, albeit on a comely lass. Tarn notices the hulking demons behind her. Argus spares a quick look and recognizes one of the last great mages of Glimmergos… Widinow.

The succubus murmurs "who used my little spell?"
