need some help starting a campaign. which you would thing would be easy but... here we go...

Story :Chrono trigger

Theres the system I am playing and the story I would love recapture as faithfully as I can.
My blok is how will these characters meet? this become faiirly prolematic, since the game start in modern time and no magic users were alive then hmmmm.
Perhaps they make characers as usual with no magic casters of any type.THEN when thy learn magic they simply get imparted 2 or so spell / tier/.
Of course this would have to be a MP type of system (which I would work on and really)

In the game, a magic-user from another period ended up lost in time and ran into Chrono. If you're basing the game on ChronoTrigger, you can't go wrong with something like that.
