Use the same ones as a normal Weasel (with no Attach ability)?

On RPGNow Dweomercraft: Familiars has stats for squirrels and flying squirrels.

Just give them unlimited bonuses on initiative (always act first) and AC (impossible to hit), as well as super high bonuses on balance, climb and jump, and 2 hps.
