Mindscapes + Homebrew. The specifics are:
Psions use the variant from Bruce Cordell's Mindscapes. The important things are: they get bonus Feats, they get a couple of more interesting powers -- they're still limited in what powers they can get good at, but not nearly so limited as before.
Furthermore, all Psionic powers are based off of MENTAL stats, thusly:
These changes apply to Psychic Warriors, too -- any formerly Strength-based power is now Charisma-based, etc. This prevents much sillyness while keeping the flavor of Psi different than Arcane and Divine.
Power Changes: Animal Affinity: Boosts any PHYSICAL stat (Str, Dex, Con).
