Server has been reset. worth noting only one of the DM's is not GMT as far as I am aware, so unless the rest of us are having a late night a delay on response is inevitable.
May be quicker to send an e-mail request for a reset Morrus can be contacted at the bottom of any page on the EN website and my contact e-mail can be obtained from my website (link in my sig).
