Ground 20 had an excellent "netrunning" system. It reminded me of both Cyberpunk2020 and Shadowrun. The booklet was a boon for any cyberpunk inspired game. Unfortunately it is not available at their site anymore, but it can easily be found over p2p networks and this method is suggested by the author.
I strongly suggested at least skimming the pdf as it was inspiring on many aspects of a modern/near-future game.
The system itself was based on d20 Modern and was a skill-and-feats system.
