Neverwhere.... On DVD?!

I knew that the book was based on a british series, but I've heard next to nothing about it. Initially, I heard that it was extremely low budget, but not much else. But, i just found it for sale while surfing the A&E Store and I'm wondering... is it worth it or should I just stick with the book (which I have already read.... twice).

I haven't read the book, so I can't give you a comparison, but I really enjoyed the dvd.

The budget is low, but the visual style is just amazing.

If you enjoyed the book enough to read twice, I'm fairly confident that you'll enjoy the BBC series.

Yeah, it's pretty good. I read the book, and a long time later was able to rent the DVDs.

I haven't read the book, but Neil Gaiman's name on the DVD's at the rental place grabbed our attention.

We picked them up and liked them a lot.

It is wholly appropriate inspiration for a game of Changeling: the Dreaming.

It would also be cool to adapt it to an Eberron campaign, specifically adventuring in Khyber (or just a Sharn adventure).

It was. Neil Gaiman wrote the mini-series, then shortly afterward decided to write a novel of it.
