New Babyon 5 straight-to-DVD movies!

Sounds cool but at an hour a pop? I hope there's more than one per disc. I know several B5 fans who would salivate over this..... :)

And I wish they'd come down in price for the season DVDs. I'd love to get them but near $100 each, it's not gonna happen....

Uh, Darth...

Season 1 is $44.99: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...6060829-9925519?_encoding=UTF8&v=glance&n=130

The entire series can be had for $225.50 (or about $45 each season):

Wow, that is certainly a major change. I've held on buying my favorite series of all time on DVD because of the price issue. Whew.

I thought of another reason that future B5 projects will not excite me - no more G'Kar. :(

Hopefully, one of these will touch on that very subject. Certainly, that character and that actor deserve that kind of respect within the B5 universe.

My leap of joy at this news is tempered by the memory of the searing soul-pain that was Legend of the Rangers. Hopefully more Seasons 2-4 vibe than B5:LotR vibe with these!

Blame Borders. They're the one charging $100 a pop for them. And I think that Walmart is fairly close to that too.

Now to have the extra $$ because JAG is starting to come out too on DVD.....

I would like to see these focus more on the minor characters. Zack, for instance, was a big favorite of mine. And Vir.

I don't know if I'd call them "minor characters".... They had a decent chunk of screen time....

I always felt sorry for the actress who played Capt. Lockley, I'm blanking on her name at the moment - she comes into a show gets a part that theoretically should have a good bit of stuff coming with it and she's overshadowed by the president and later by the captain of the excalicbur on the few of those episodes she appeared in, and it's nothing against the writers, thats just kinda the way the stories played out, but I really think she deserves to get to be able to tell a few more of her stories.
