This looks like, just... late middle ages... rather than Faerun. Maybe it'll look different on screen, with colour correction/grading and so on.

I need one of these insane futuristic sunglass things, but I know it will look too small on my amusingly-large ogre-head.

As a tokusatsu fan I will say, don't judge a costume until you see it in action.

I am sure that shield is hiding makeup or prosthetics or scars or tattoos, and she is some kind of elf, because you can see one pointy ear in the photo.
