New car for gamecat

Be careful. We want to to still be here to post about your car, not find out that you had to be buried. I lost a friend in high school to a manuver similar to that in his 3 day old Mustang. So please, be careful.
Absolutely. I had no RWD cars slipped so easily. My old car was an 87 nissan sentra - FWD, and I slid that thing around corners ruthlessly - The Z isn't nearly so forgiving.

I'm gonna be careful kids, I've got games to DM.

Just got back from seeing Mr. & Mrs. Smith. Best damn car chase with a minivan I've ever seen! We should take yours out for a high speed spin one day. ;)

looks cool, PirateCat.

As my wheels, I have 2004 Chevy Cavalier. It gets me around town just fine, but decidely uncool. :p

That's GAMEcat, to you, son. :p

Cavaliers are pretty cool - I think they have some varient of variable valve timing, so that aint too bad tee hee.

Z update: she's my daily driver, and i've gotten the closer hang to RWD driving. My roomate used to bag on the z31 chassis, but his tune has since changed.

Uh... I'm just not sure what to say to that. You've left me speechless! :)

:p Sorry, too many cats on this forum ;)

Variable valve timing ... huh...

I think my next car would another uncool car such as four-door Nissan, Toyota, or Honda. :heh:

Well, vvt basically modulates your engine's usage of air/fuel mixture for maximum efficiency and power. It's also what makes a Civic sound like a overstretched rubber band.

Hey, my first car was a four door nissan. Sentras and Altimas are dead sexy.

It depends on the car too - weight distribution, tires, suspension. My Mazda is RWD and I haven't slipped her yet.

And I've tried.

What you driving? Assuming you're at the helm of a Miata, i always thought they were awesome drift cars, having RWD, decent power, and no weight...
