The fadewood golem is a bow-wielding construct with two stork heads.

The fadewood golem, created entirely of shadowy wood from a particularly rare swamp-dwelling tree, is normally used as an ambusher, hiding in forest or shadows until it can spring to the attack. It is not easy to flank, as it has two heads, and it is heavily enchanted to make it a more deadly ambusher. That said, is not a particularly strong golem, although easily strong enough to drive off a gang of bandits.

The golem is carved to appear as a slender humanoid with two stylized, stork-shaped heads, covered in a long tunic of simulated oak and ivy leaves, with a cowl of ferns. It carries a masterwork longbow, built to take advantage of its strength.

Combat:
The fadewood golem usually strikes from hiding, using its chameleon field to blend into the scenery, and its clinging powers to strike from an unexpected location.

The fadewood golem is very proficient with the bow, but is most effective in melee combat. It tries to select the most dangerous opponent, be it wizard, beast or warrior, whom it will try to immobilize with its ability to cast hold monster. It will attack to kill immobilized foes, by hand or by bow, and is savvy enough to perform a coup-de-grace.

Combat expertise (Ex): The fadewood golem, unlike most golems, has a grasp of tactics, and can make unsupervised tactical decisions.

Ranged weapon proficiency (Ex): The fadewood golem knows how to use bows and other ranged weapons, and has several feats to reflect its ability: point blank shot and rapid fire.

Hold Monster (Su): Three times a day, the fadewood golem can cast hold monster as the spell, cast by a 9th-level sorceror. It has a range of 60 ft., and lasts for 4 rounds (Will save negates, DC 13).

Chameleon Field (Su): The chameleon field allows the fadewood golem to do either one or the other of two things. Once a day, the fadewood golem can blend into the scenery, giving it a +15 bonus to Hide checks for 3 hours. Thrice per day, the wood golem can blend itself during combat, gaining three-quarters concealment for 1d6 rounds (30% miss chance). The fadewood golem cannot use both the concealment bonus and the hide bonus on the same day.

Cling to Surface (Ex): 4 times a day, the fadewood golem can use her normal move along walls and ceilings, as small vine roots grasp and work their way into stone, wood, and other surfaces. This effect lasts for ten minutes.

Extra head (Ex): The fadewood golem, having two heads, gains a +1 on initiative, and can avoid being flanked each round if it makes a Reflex save (DC = 10 + enemy's level or HD).

Construction
A fadewood golem can be created by an arcane spellcaster of at least 11th level. Crafting a fadewood golem costs 64,450 gp, including 550 gp for the body and 700 gp for a masterwork composite longbow. Crafting the body requires a Craft (woodworking) check at DC 19.

Animating the fadewood golem is a two-week ritual, which requires the creator to cast the spells geas/quest, limited wish, polymorph any object, hold monster, reverse gravity, spider climb, blur, and mirage arcana.

Very nice work, but, it is very similar in concept to the Thayan Golem (found in Monstrous Compendeum: Monsters of Faerûn). Although your's have many more abilities.
