What about a severed cat head, with a large open mouth and one open eye socket? The die is pushed into the eye socket, and rolls down into the mouth (where it is viewed and retreived).

It would be wearing a bandana and have an optional eye patch...

the fey is ceramic. as for cost, well, i am gonna have to see how much time i spend painting it. i imagine it will be in the $20-40 range
