I'll think it over tonight... gotta sleep some time.
I'm leaning towards a max of 3/-... you can always take the MotW feat to boost it to 4/-.

Okay, I've thought this through, and I don't think that anything over 2/- would be fair, based on the other abilities this class recieves. Here's what i'll go with, should there be no exclamations of "No Way, You Idiot!":
Dragonfly Carapace: The Dragonfly Knight has his skin grow tough plates, like those of the Dragonflies that he rides. He gains damage reduction 1/- at fourth level. At 8th level (and for epic PC's, every multiple of four after that), this damage reduction increases by an additional 1/-, so at 8, the Dragonfly Knight has damage reduction 2/-.
