Hi all,
Anyone know if something like this exists in any of the third-party material?
Also, I'm looking for suggestions on the feat--is there anything about this that you would change if it were in your campaign? I thought about Combat Reflexes, Dodge, Lightning Reflexes, and other things as prerequisites, but ended up making it easier to qualify for--but a good argument might change my mind.
Also, I was thinking of limiting it to some number of times per day, maybe half your BAB?
Slippery Combatant
You are more able than most to move around in combat.
Prerequisites: Dex 15, BAB +5
Benefit: You may take a 5-foot step as a free action rather than as a move action. As a result, you may take a 5-foot step in addition to a move action in a round. This feat does not grant you the ability to take two 5-foot steps in a round, although you may, if you choose, move only 5 feet during your move action. You may not take more than one 5-foot step as a free action in a round. On any round that you take a 5-foot step as a free action, you cannot take other free actions.
