New feats in MM3?

I seem to recall hearing that there were new feats for shifters and maybe other monsters in MM3, but my most ardent Googling can't turn up any information on them, if in fact, it's not just my imagination.

Anyone with a copy of the book able to confirm or deny the existence of new feats in the book?

There's some feats listed for Shifters. I can't remember if they are new or in the ECS.

Extra Shifter Trait
Healing Factor
Shifter Defense
Shifter Instincts

The Warforged feats are reprinted from the ECS.

General monster feats are included as well, some old and some new. They are:

Ability Focus
Awesome Blow
Craft Construct
Empower Spell-like Ability
Flyby Attack
Improved Natural Armor
Improved Natural Attack
Improved Toughness
Multiattack
Powerful Charge
Quicken Spell-like Ability
