New FFG Sale

I keep going to these sales in hopes that they've discounted Midnight 2E. I'd really like to get my hands on it, but I'm just in a position where I'm willing to spend $50 on it.

It's worth it....believe me....2E is *way* more polished and internally consistent. I hate paying twice for the same book too (don't have the 3.5 PHB, DMG, MM), but in this case, I bought the book, and gave Midnight 1E to one of my players as a gift, to get him excited about the game

How is the Hobbit board game?

I played the Hobbit board game once, a few years ago. It is actually a game for kids, not adults. As such, it wasn't fun for my gaming group.

I bought most of the books that interested me last year when they had the $5 sale. Now I'm interested in the games, especially for my kids ages 4, 6 and 8.

Anyone know which of the board are card games are good for kids? They look like they would make great stocking stuffers.

The ones catching my eye so far are:

Got my order, thanks (pretty quickly too). But the Darkness&Dread book that I got, the pages are upside down (or the cover is, however you want to look at it )
Checked the 11 other books I ordered, and thats the only one like it.

I got my order last week.

Magdar is pretty good. Quicksand is awesome. Arena Maximus is decent. Loco is great. Wreckage just looks way too complicated for what I'm willing to put up with... plus, it appears to be a pseudo-minis game with measurement and such. :/ There's a bunch I haven't tried yet, too, including Senators, Delta V, Kingdoms, King's Gate... I know I'm forgetting some.
