Are you referring to D&D or these messageboards? If the former, v3.5 is permanent until 4th Edition comes out sometime in the future.

However, I think it's more likely you're referring to the messageboards, in which case a) the answer is "a work in progress" and b) I'll move this to the Meta forum.
