If so we can start to work out the more difficult location pairs with defenses.

No more Fist? Fist seems pretty basic to me. Can't have all those fancy things and be without Fist.
What about adding a Fist, Kick couple? We could take out cane,fan/nobility (I don't like them much and cane interferes with the wood defense), or maybe manta ray/shark (I do like manta ray... but I find that fist is better).

We could use "body" as a defense.

Really, the idea of a "the fist strikes" sentence being impossible for some reason strikes me as odd.

edit: I realized that "the kick kicks" would not be good. Eer... Ok, I dunno. But I really like Fist.

edit 2: Hybrid instead of Abomination?

Some were dropped from the list for redundancy, and some were moved into defense, also because of redundancy. Dungeon could be combined with caves and grottos as could ricefield with garden and vineyard somehow. Beach and Ocean were new additions. Fires in 42 is a bit redundant with flames (from dragon and phoenix). Other thoughts and/or ideas.

As for Hybrid. Blocks the punch of the hybrid does not sound as cool to me as blocks the punch of the abomination.

oubliette seems a bit obscure
skies could work, as could dale.
I had thought of water but it seemed almost too general as it would apply to river, ocean, lake, pond, fountain, and well.

I did kind of like monkey myself though.

Suggestion, swap Wastelands with Madlands, and use Wastelands as the defense.

[ Still maintain that the aquatics are a bad idea now , more so now with the rather large number of water based locations. attacks against water would hurt more, and defenses against water could easily be expanded to include the inhabitants of water :x. Oh well c'est la ]

Against salt water in general too, just a little bit too wordy/specific for my taste. Possibly just brine?
