Well, the Lord of the Rings musical will premiere here in Toronto in March 2006:
And I quote: "British producer Kevin Wallace, who acquired the stage rights for Rings, also took the stage, declaring that Tolkien himself would have been proud of the selection of Toronto for the premiere, where, he said, “ there is a genuine fellowship, a genuine sense of community. . .and a genuine respect for the art and creativity of theatre.”
It's like going around the day after the biggest geek party in history and sucking spilled beer out of the carpet with a straw.
