...and have DMs that don't inforce carrying limits at all, and don't mind doing horrible damage in combat. Str as a dump stat for paladins and rangers? ...neither of which does significant damage, as far as I can tell. It doesn't matter *how* good your chance of hitting is if you're only doing an average of 3.5 or 4.5 points of damage an attack.
