Description: Rocktikes are small intelligent armidillo-like creatures that have extrodonarily long lifespans, strong but usually stable tempers, and are residents of the elemental plane of earth, although many have colonized in the material plane as well. Combat: Rocktikes, as cautious as they are otherwise, charge(if it can be called that, do to their slow walking speed) into battle while others stand back and prepare to roll into combat.
Rock consumption: Although rocktikes main diet is dirt, rock is prized as an important nutrient for warriors. A rocktike, in combat or otherwise can eat 1 pound of rock at least to gain a +1 bonus to AC for 1 hour, this ability is cumalitive.
Roll: A rocktike on an inclined surface, can roll as a full attack action the rocktike continues in that direction untill it hits a creature with at least 17 AC or an object with atleast 20 hardness, the rocktike moves 50 ft a round, and deals 2d8 damage +1d10 damage for each fifty feet traveled, or 1d6 for each 25 ft traveled, if there is excess distance, excess distance of less than 25 ft has no effect.

Can they only roll? Make them take a MEA action to roll, treat ie as a charge with a few pluses. And let them walk

They can walk 10ft (due to the fact that they're as slow as heck.) The creature rarely rolls except for combat purposes, or for making long trips, in which case they plan ahead, setting up an object to stop them upon they reaching their destination.
