D&D 5E New Monster - LDCR

Trying to fine tune the following:
any suggestions would be most helpful.

**************************************
Road Crew - LDCR

You know those automated road machines. Well, they combined into a massive legally distinct construction robot bristling with tools.

The Legally Distinct Construction Robot (LDCR) is a method of self-defense. If the Road Crew are under serious threat and given authorization, they will merged into a massive humanoid robot. Their personalities intermingle and end up with a simple personality: Smash the interlopers!

Special abilities
Sturdy Legs. The platform does not reduce its speed when moving through difficult terrain

Actions
Multiattack. The LDCR makes three attacks of choice based on its, many, many options.

Big Clamp and chain. Ranged Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, range 30/90 ft., one target. Hit: 26 (3d6+10) slashing damage. When hit, the target must make a DC 23 strength saving throw or be pulled to an unoccupied square within 15 feet of the L.D.R.C.

Rebar Driver. Ranged Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, range 100/400 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d6+10) piercing damage. This is essentially a giant nail gun.

Liquid Asphalt Spray (recharge 5-6)
The LDRC sprays molten asphalt in a 90-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw, taking 67 (15d8) fire damage on a failed save or half as much damage on a successful one.
This leaves a residue that acts as difficult terrain that will keep the save until the end of the next turn.

Wrecking ball on a chain. Ranged Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, range 200 ft, one target. Hit: 24 (4d6+10) bludgeoning damage.

Blowtorch
Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d10+10) fire damage and will light targets on fire.

Jack hammer
Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (3d8+10) bludgeoning damage, and the target is pushed 10 feet.

Jaws of life
Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 24 (4d6+10) bludgeoning damage.

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +15 (+12) to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d6+10) bludgeoning damage.

Legendary Actions
This monster can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The LDRC regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Attack. The LDCR makes one attack with its any of it’s attacks, other than the liquid asphalt spray.

Legendary Resistance. If the LDCR fails a Saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.

Move. The LDCR moves up to half its speed.

The Hit Points don't seem right.

The clamp and chain attack: did you mean 30 / 90 feet?

That asphalt attack should be lingering - take damage every turn until you make your save.

Nice to see Legendary Resistance made a Legendary Action.

Pretty dang fast. Why? When building a road its not going to be designed to move that fast. And when in defensive formation (i.e. joined together into the LDCR) its unlikely to be designed to run so fast unless it was running away instead of standing and fighting.

It's immune to being restrained, yet it can be knocked prone? Why can't it be restrained? I mean if one had enough chains...

Why would the rebar driver have such a range? It would be designed for short range, high impact.

Can it be charmed?

Wrecking ball should only have one range, i.e. no long range.

Jaws of life should be bludgeoning as they are a crushing attack right?

What's the reference to "ash ghost"?

Is their a way to break it up into it's constituent parts?

Prefab walls sounds weird. Maybe a recharge 6 on it? and I don't know, something else.

adjusted info based on feedback.

The average roadcrew is a automated size huge to gargantuan construction vehicle of roughly cr 6 to 8 so this combiner should be ludicrously huge, but it should be possible to figure out a way to knock it down into base vehicles.

open to suggestions on how to do this one.
