I had a previous thread but reworked several of the powers and abilities.
I didn't have a clear role for the class but now I've settled on making debuffs of opponents a key feature. Some of her abilities function toward this end, a Paladin type spell list focusing on additional debuffs, i.e. minuses to hit for opponents, is being finalized.
Again Frostra is the Goddess of Cold, Desolation, and Vengeance.

Only light armor
Simple, Martial Weapons, Shields
BAB and progression of saving throws as Paladin

Lay Hands(self, as per Paladin), Can only inflict damage on others
Detect Presence of Odendark

2 Dark Blessing
3 Endure Cold: 6 points of cold damage per round
Vengeful Strike - Damage done to you by an opponent in
combat last round maybe added to your damage from an attack this round.(1/day)
4 Reflections of Ice, as per mirror image 1d2 images
5 Frost Weapon: The next successful attack does 1d6 damage additional cold damage and drains the target of
(1d4 + 1 per every 2 levels, max +5) strength. (1/day). Additionally, the chosen weapon of the Paladin now always
deals additional 1d4 damage(cold).
6 Resist Cold: 12 points of cold damage per round
7 Sheet of Ice: A sheet of ice appears on the ground hampering movement, movement is slowed to ½.
This doesn’t affect the Paladin.
8 Reflections of Ice: as per Mirror Image 1d4 images
9 Immune to cold based damage, natural and magical
10 Frost Weapon: The next successful attack does 3d6 damage additional cold damage and drains the target of
(1d4 + 1 per every 2 levels, max +5) strength. (1/day). Additionally, the chosen weapon of the Paladin now always
deals additional 1d6 damage(cold).
15 Frost Weapon: The next successful attack does 6d6 damage additional cold damage and drains the target of
(1d4 + 1 per every 2 levels, max +5) strength. (1/day). Additionally, the chosen weapon of the Paladin now always
deals additional 1d8 damage(cold).
20 Frost Weapon: The next successful attack does 8d6 damage additional cold damage and drains the target of
(1d4 + 1 per every 2 levels, max +5) strength. (1/day). Additionally, the chosen weapon of the Paladin now always
deals additional 1d8 damage(cold).
