My DM has all my Characters slain and I'm out of ideas, what I could play now, do you have any inspiration for a Lvl.8 hero, were playing D&D v.3.5 and there is one favoured soul and a shwashbuckler/derwish in the group. Powergaminging is allowd :D ..
I think i'll play a Soulknive, but i'm not shure. Perhaps have you better ideas??

A straight up druid or wizard will do great in that group. Unless you're going to be in a lot of dungeons, I'd lean toward druid. With three party members you'll want to be able to summon help.

If you can use Complete Arcane, why not try warlock?

I'd lean away from Soulknife. You pretty much already have two front line attackers.

I'd go with an Artificer if the GM is cool with making magic items.

Making magic items for everyone and they have a pretty decent support role and medium attack progression. They won't shine in the front line without some enhancements or items, but they can do both.

Other than that, maybe a sorcerer. I just get a kick out of their spontanious magic. Both deadly and creative.

Oh, my! An artificer starting at 8th level, with the assumption that he spent all his bonus XPs each level on items, could be powerful indeed!! It would take some effort (lot's of thought) to equip.

Hmm bonus xp?

Artificers get a craft reserve, which they may spend in lieu of XP when creating items.

Right.

Say, Patryn, do you suppose you could shorten up your sig?

This:

[sigvirus]uhoh[/sigvirus]
[sigvirus]uhoh[/sigvirus]
[sigvirus]uhoh[/sigvirus]
[sigvirus]uhoh[/sigvirus]
[sigvirus]uhoh[/sigvirus]
[sigvirus]uhoh[/sigvirus]
[sigvirus]uhoh[/sigvirus]
[sigvirus]uhoh[/sigvirus]
[sigvirus]uhoh[/sigvirus]
[sigvirus]uhoh[/sigvirus]
[sigvirus]uhoh[/sigvirus]
[sigvirus]uhoh[/sigvirus]

Takes up a lot of screen real estate.

I rather like my .sig. I've done my "market research," and it is by far not the longest .sig going.

Also, it only takes up extra real estate on long posts - the one above this one, for instance, didn't actually take up any additional space due to the .sig.

He's been asked that before. He likes knowing that people have to look at his inane, large, no-content sig over and over. You'll have to turn of sigs or put him on ignore to get rid of it. :\
