regarding the 1 hour/pp thing. The way I read it was that for every pp you spent on the power, you increased the duration. So if you were spending it on making the thing bigger, you were also benefitting from a longer duration. The wording confusion comes from 'additional power point' vs. 'for every power point' I think.
