Excellent timing. I was just thinking of doing a template like this for my own campaign world (with a half-dragon PC in a long-term game, I need something incase he starts... breeding... )

Not only that, it's an excellent race (though I'll probably use it as a template). I have one question, is the Wyrmtouched Type dragon? It isn't much of a power boost (immunity to sleep and paralysis) and fits the scheme of the other race/templates (half-fiend, tiefling, half-celestial and aasimar are all Outsiders)

Nope....

What I meant was that fiends, half-fiends and tieflings and celestials, half-celestials and aasimar are all Outsiders. Dragons and half-dragons are Dragons, hence the wyrmtouched should be a Dragon as well.
