NEW Reaper Orcus mini on the way

Hi all! :)

I have an Orcus miniature thats neither of the above. I also have a Demogorgon miniature from the same time. Ral Partha or Grenadier miniatures - so long ago that I can't remember. I collected both 15 (or so) years ago.

If I had to criticise the new miniature I would say that 'Orcus Wand' is too large. Its meant to be wand size to him and rod size to medium humanoids

Is Orcus an open licence deal. I am sure the name is but I thought the D&D version of him would not be.

Reaper isn't using the actual name orcus though.

Orcus was a roman mythological entity originally.

Orcus
'Death'. God of death and the underworld. He could be either vengeful or merciful. He was equated to Hades. He also heard oaths and punished perjurers.

The Roman god of death and the underworld, either a terrible god or a gentle one. He is the god of oaths and punisher of perjurers. Orcus is identical to the Greek Hades, both the god and his domains.
