I just follow the RPG Bloggers Network via RSS. That's quite effective for me.
Mark, what you're doing pretty much defines thread-crapping; it's no more okay than if someone muddled up a Creative Mountain thread based on something you said that they disliked. Please don't do this.
Carry on with the original thread, please, folks. ~ PCat.
I might be interested in pitching in, if you ever need some sort of contributors.
You can e-mail me any details to questinggm(at)gmail(dot)com.![]()
PC,
My apologies but you (or whoever reported my post) is reading my post all wrong. I don't dislike what was written. I am only trying to divine if there will be an editorial edge. The OP asked for opinions and letting him know that another site where publishers just submit their own PR is unnecesary, IMO, is important advice (particularly from a small publisher, IMO). Re-read what I wrote without the suspicion that I am against his idea for a news site. I certainly have nothing against Anthony, he just moved to Chicago a short while back and my only interaction with him of which I know is a thread where I helped him find some gamestores. Anyway, apologies again. Not sure where the thought I was threadcrapping came from but that absolutely was not my intention.
Mark
For the record Mark, I was NOT the one that reported your post. I am sorry if I misinterpreted your intentions. I just had a bad experience on the Troll Lord Games forums a few days ago and I guess I was a bit touchy. I think I understand now what you were trying to say.
If I ever see you around Games Plus, I will be sure to introduce myself and shake your hand. Will you be at the Game Day in September?
...Which gameday do you mean?...
Won't they be having an event for the DMG2 release in September? I was thinking of coming down and running Swords & Wizardry.![]()
