New Spell (Refined Blink or something)

I'm attempting to classify a spell level for an ability that I'm using with an item. Here's my idea for the spell.

Name: Refined Blink or something
Transmutation
Level: Sor/Wiz 6 (i think)
Components: V, S
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: Personal
Target: You
Duration: 1 minute

You are able to shift between one point and another at will within 50 ft., this ability is manifested as a free action up to once per round. You may use this ability to avoid physical attacks, area of affect spells and targeted rays and spells, to do so completely you must succeed at a Reflex saving throw (DC 20) otherwise you move after the attack has struck. Using this ability to maneuver into position for an attack treats your opponent as flat-footed for the first attack. You can't shift to a point occupied by another creature or object.

This seems more like dimension door duct taped to blink. And yes, I read your other thread.

Sixth level seems fairish.
