New SRD Errata

And that's my point. So many things have been altered in 3.5, how can anything made for 3.0 really be taken at face value?

From extensive experience with including 3.0e material in the (nominally 3.5e) Exodus, I feel quite confident that I can authoritatively say "if the content in question strays within sight of an altered rule, it cannot be blindly accepted at face value."

The SRD editor just cuts and pastes text. He does not update stuff to 3.5. There is lots of 3.0 stuff still in the SRD.
Just for the record, Andy Smith does add updated information to the SRD. For example, the Power Critical feat in the Divine Abilities and Feats is not the one that appeared in D&Dg, but the one that appeared in CW.

Speaking of feats, it seems that the Improved Metamagic feat in the Epic files is back to being the ELH version instead of the RevDMG version. That is propably an error.

Yes and yes. Obviously I had trouble distinguishing the document, because I started my rant about how many errors there were in it. I expected it to be 3.5 compliant, because it was labelled as such.
I'm sorry the toolkit hinders your ability to publish.

Perhaps if you can get major publishers like AEG to petition to WotC, then WotC will make the SRD more publisher-friendly.
