New to the minis hobby

I have been playing D&D for a while now ( 5 or 6 years), but only recently started into the minis hobby, and I know very little about them

I have quite a few painted minis now, but I lack scenarios for them
That`s why I wanted to aks you guys a few question about minis

1- I know warhammer sells a lot of mini models, but I was wondering if there were other companies out there

2- I wanted to aks about how to construct or buy scenarios, I assmembled all those models in the wizards website, and was wondering if there were more like them on the web, or if there were companies that sold that kind of stuff

please help a noob in the minis hobby

Welcome my friend.

We have a Miniatures and Art Board you may want to check out.

There a few other sites I would recommend as well - self-serving interest here - you may want to check out my minis thread located in the forum.

The other major minis company you are definitely going to want to check out is Reaper. They make a ton of D&D monsters and other great stuff.

I hope you post some of your work in the near future!

well if you are using them for D&D...

see if you can find Grenadier, Ral Partha, Heritage, Citadel, Superior, and/or TSR minis.

they were meant for D&D. :D
