There's a bug.
I've got something wonderful to share, which includes images and URLS, but I don't get warned about this until after I've spent 20 minutes composing the post and try to submit it.
The user interface should disable those features until I can use them. For example, when I (new user) click on the embed image icon, it should pop up "You can't do that yet until..."
It's very frustrating that I now have a post that I can't publish and can't save for later when I have the rights I need.
