New WarCraft RPG 2nd Ed. (WoW RPG) Preview

Hi,

as Luke Johnson mentions here in the WW-Warcraft Forum there is a new Preview (pp. 29)for the forthcoming WoW-RPG. In the WW Quaterly Spring 2005, they give a Preview for the Paladin-Class and Forsaken (Race); in an older WW Quaterly Winter 2005 (pp. 41) they talk about the NighElf as a Race and all the differences and wellcome News to the 1st Ed.

How compatible will 1E and 2E Warcraft be with each other? Will I be able to say use the new race rules with the old classes? Will it be as compatible to D&D as 1E?

Well, its still d20 Warcraft. Mike Johnstone tells here News about the new Edition.
He says that most (nearly everything) of the Stuff from 1st will be useful in 2nd. Some PrC are now Coreclasses, but they'll prepare a conversion-document.

That sounds good. I was really worried when I heard about a second edition since I loved what they did with the first. Chances are I'll just buy the pdf first at any rate, but my fears are lessened quite a bit.
