New world: Wormwood

Greetings,

There is a new world in development called Wormwood. It still needs at least half a year before 'beta testing', but comments from seasoned rpg players are really welcome. With your opinion we can make it better

A few words about the world:

- An antiutopistic world that starts in the not so distant future.
- Skill based system (no character levels).
- Self restraining system (no demigod characters possible).
- A lot of skill groups (improved with xp and/or use).
- Spell system tries to be as realistic physically as possible.
- Spell construction possible.
- Online calculation system (system is complex, allows online party generation and handling, gives more time for actual play, less location dependent).
- A few novels will also be written taking place in it.

It already has a wiki (enough content to give an outline of the world/system) and a blog for the discussions.

One thing I'd be very careful of: Wormwood is a registered (and still active) trademark of Palladium books: it's a supplement to their RIFTS line.

Palladium is not known for letting a trademark go unchallenged, and I'm extremely rusty on my trademarks but seeing as that was a roleplaying world and so is this - there could well be an issue.
