I wouldn't call the guy selling it for $189.39 an idiot. I'd call the guy buying it for that price an idiot.

And if Sunless Citadel does not treat you right, there is always The Wizard's Amulet. Crucible of Freya and Death In Freeport are also pretty good. Lastly if you want a 3.5 1st level adventure, try Life's Bazaar. I find that it drops into any campaign pretty easily.

I would recommend for 3.5; Kingdoms of Kalamar's Stand and Deliver.

The best "teaching" module I've found is the Wizards Amulet, which is downloadable for free from the Necromancer Games website.

Whispering Woodwind covers all the bases. It's written for 2nd-level characters but has plenty of notes on how to scale it up a couple of levels or down for completely novice players.
